He has taught Organizational and Human Behavior and Professional Ethics in graduate school and championed the causes of the developmentally disabled. He was Chairman of a Multi-Billion dollar Investment Oversight Committee and founded Project Share, a private homeless feeding program. As a Senator, he learned by listening and asking questions and can tell you what politicians are really saying when they speak. He can tell you why men and women act the way they do and why our country is on the verge of an economic collapse. Carraro understands the needs of people and the inefficiencies of government. He doesn't just talk about problems; he uses his experiences to help others formulate solutions so that we are able to inform those that govern, that their power is derived from the consent of the governed.
